Hellboy reboot gets release date

In 2008, Hellboy II: The Golden Army hit theaters. Almost ten years later, we still haven’t gotten a followup from Guillermo del Toro, but a reboot is moving forward.

Director Neil Marshall’s Hellboy has now been confirmed for a January 11, 2019 release. The titular hero will be played by David Harbour of Stranger Things, which just got renewed for a third season.

The Hellboy reboot will additionally star Milla Jovovich and Ian McShane with an R rating also on the table as of now.
