"This past June, though, new evidence surfaced that supported those sexual abuse allegations." There is no new evidence just Radar Online's tabloid junk which the rest of the media copied without fact checking. That police report which the media called new in fact was released in 2006 and was used by Sneddon to build the case against MJ. It was a desperate and ridiculous report where books like Poo Chi and Drew and Jimmy were somehow used to prove that MJ was into little boys or MJ used those art books to groom kids, when no kid even mentioned those books ever. They did not find child porn, child porn is a federal crime if they had found any he would have been charged and convicted, period. Even the DA admitted to the Washington Times that no child porn was found. What they found was adult magazines, more than 70 which Jackson bought for 12 years and all of them were shown in court. The books they cherrypicked from MJ's giant 10 000 strong library were all legal art photography books with some pictures of nude people of all ages, both gender and adult erotic books, nothing illegal and none of them proves in any way that MJ was attracted to little boys. The one thing police did not find in his bedroom was a single picture of a frontal boy nude! The very think they said he was attracted to was not found in his bedroom. So how does this so called new evidence prove that he was sexually abusing boys?
