Fantastic Four director suggests studio meddled with his movie

Fantastic Four‘s director Josh Trank has posted a tweet – which he has since removed – suggesting that it was studio meddling which has resulted in the movie being so unfantastic. He said: “A year ago I had a fantastic version of this. And it would’ve received great reviews. You’ll probably never see it. That’s reality though.”

It’s a shame to be hearing these kinds of remarks from a director once again. It follows reports of tensions between Joss Whedon and Marvel over Age of Ultron‘s production and Edgar Wright leaving Ant-Man.
