Batman v Superman breaks another new unwanted record

Batman v Superman has set another new unwanted record at the box office with the largest Friday-to-Friday drop ever for a comic-book movie.

According to Forbes, Dawn of Justice earned just $15.35 million on its second Friday, compared to $53.8 million on the previous one, dropping a whopping 71.5 percent.

It’s a record-breaking drop, greater than Fantastic Four and Watchmen‘s decline. However BvS did still stay top of the US box office, taking $52m in its second week with Zootopia and My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 also staying at number 2 and 3. Check out the full top 10 below:
