Alex Proyas on The Crow remake: 'It would be nice if Hollywood kind of left it alone'

Before he was being battered by the critics for his current film Gods of Egypt, director Alex Proyas made a few cult classics back in the day – most notably Dark City and The Crow. The latter remains a special film not just for a lot of viewers, but its maker too; speaking with Collider, Proyas gave his thoughts on the idea of remaking it for modern audiences when questioned on the current efforts.
