Roberto Orci, famous for his work with Alex Kurtzman on projects such as Fringe and Alias, has his eyes on the coveted director’s chair for the third Star Trek film. However, this means that a partnership that’s lasted over a decade will soon be ending, as the pair branch off to pursue directing roles.
