New Aquaman logo splashes in

Earlier this week, director James Wan announced that production had begun on Aquaman and now a new logo for the film has been revealed.

Wan posted an image on Twitter to mark the first day of filming:

And today Warner Bros. released the movie’s logo, which looks rather Star Trek inspired:

Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones) stars as Arthur Curry/Aquaman after making his debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and leads an all-star cast that includes Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus, Patrick Wilson as Orm, Temuera Morrison as Thomas Curry, Yahya Abdul-Manteen II as Black Manta and Nicole Kidman as Queen Atlanna.

We can next see Momoa as Aquaman in Justice League on November 17th. Before he gets his solo outing on December 21st, 2018.
