Terminator Genisys is one of those movies we all wish never happened. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Terminator 6 is ignoring its predecessor. At this point, though, should we just pretend everything after Terminator 2 doesn’t exist?

According to The Terminator Fans, Arnold Schwarzenegger broke the news while visiting the UK.

“It’s going to ignore Genisys,” he said.

While he didn’t give any major plot details other than that, at least be knock that Arnie and Linda Hamilton will be back with Tim Miller behind the camera.

The untitled Terminator reboot hits theaters in 2019.
