Morgan Creek Films is selling its movie library according to Deadline. Through this deal, however, Morgan Creek would retain the rights to remake five films: Ace Ventura: Pet DetectiveThe Exorcist, Flying Tigers, Major League, and Young Guns.

“We have a number of properties that we are looking to move forward on,” said Morgan Creek CEO Jim Robinson. Currently, they’re negotiating the remakes of Ace Ventura, The Exorcist, and Major League. Well, at least this sounds better than watching Ace Ventura: Pet Detective Jr., Exorcist: The Beginning, or Major League II.
