Ready Player One No Longer Opening Against Star Wars

Steven Spielberg’s Ready Player One is getting a new release date. Originally, the Warner Bros. sci-fi film was set to hit theaters on December 15, 2017. Since that’s the same day a little movie called Star Wars: Episode VIII is coming out, though, the studio decided move its schedule around. According to Variety, Ready Player One will now open on March 30, 2018.

In other Star Wars related news, Collateral Beauty starring Will Smith is now opening the same day as Rogue One on December 16, 2016.
