Jennifer Jason Leigh has been cast as the female lead in Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming Western, The Hateful Eight, according to a report from The Wrap. Robin Wright, Michelle Williams, Hillary Swank and Demi Moore had all been pursuing the role of Daisy Domergue, a wanted criminal being transported by two bounty hunters. Leigh took part in a live-reading of the script back in April, where she sat next to Bob and Harvey Weinstein, along with producer Stacey Sher. Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Michael Madsen and Tim Roth will also be reuniting with Tarantino for the film.
