Blade Runner 2049: New cover art has Ryan Gosling shine in neon light

Empire‘s new magazine cover gives us a brand new look at the upcoming Blade Runner sequel and it’s gorgeous.

The cover art shows Ryan Gosling’s Officer K surrounded by the neon lights, it’s trippy, dreamy and we love it. Check it out below via Empire’s Instagram:

The film is directed by Denis Villeneuve and it’s official synopsis reads:

Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.

Blade Runner 2049 is scheduled for October 6th.
