After a broken ankle sidelined Tom Cruise for seven months, he’s returned to the set of the sixth instalment of the Mission Impossible franchise. He was spotted back on set by the Daily Mail, and guess what he was doing? Leaping off vehicles!
It’s good to see Cruise back where he loves to be, MI6 is still in time for its 27th of July release date next year – there have been no mentions of delay so far. The cast includes Rebecca Furgason, Simon Pegg, Alec Baldwin, Angela Bassett and Michelle Monaghan. Unfortunately, Jeremy Renner will not be reprising his role due to scheduling (he’s working on another big budget franchise). Christopher McQuarrie who penned the script is directing, apart from Cruise’s injury, everything seems to be running smoothly.
