The Walking Dead is already getting a Season 8

Before its much anticipated season premiere, The Walking Dead already has an eighth season confirmed by AMC. Just as expected, the 8th season will be 16 episodes long and start in October 2017. The Walking Dead aftershow, The Talking Dead, will also get another season with returning host Chris Hardwick.

Season 7 of The Walking Dead premieres this week, Sunday, October 23rd in the US, and on the 24th on FOX for us British viewers. ‘The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be’ is the title of the premiere; we’re still waiting to see which beloved character will die after the brutal introduction of Negan towards the end of the Season 6 finale.
