Star Wars: The Force Awakens poster revealed

The next few days is very special for Star Wars fans everywhere. Tomorrow, tickets are released for The Force Awakens, and the day after that, we get the first full trailer for the much-anticipated film. But first and foremost, today – via the official Star Wars facebook page – the first true poster for the movie has been revealed. Check it out below:

As expected, it’s a knock-out; characters old and new in an exciting starscape. But there’s one interesting exclusion: Luke Skywalker. He’s probably playing a more mysterious role than already anticipated – or JJ Abrams and co. just like keeping the best stuff ’til December 16.
