Quicksilver was briefly featured in X-Men: Days of Future Past, but Evan Peters who played the Marvel speedster has said that audiences can expect to see a “bigger, longer and more detailed” scene for his character in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse.

In an interview with Collider, Peters said that the team spent 22 days shooting a new scene where “Quicksilver does his thing.” he went on to say “It’s so cool to take that much time to make something like that really pop and really work. Knock on wood, I think it’s going to be a fun and enjoyable sequence for people to watch, with Quicksilver running around and doing his thing in slow-mo time.”
