Prometheus 2 to get a Michael Green rewrite

Polarising film fans across the world, it seems Ridley Scott is desperately hoping to get the sequel to Prometheus completely spot on – requesting a rewrite by Michael Green. Having collaborated with the director on the widely discussed addition to the Blade Runner franchise, Green will now take over scriptwriting duties from Jack Paglen, who had written the first draft. With a strong cast in place, and a narrative that demands some clarity, many will be hoping that Green does a better job than he had previously managed on the disappointing picture, Green Lantern.
