Warning: Potential spoilers follow. Despite next year’s Avengers: Age of Ultron boasting a huge cast already – including the likes of Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Hemsworth, and so on – it looks like a couple more have been revealed. The discovery comes via The Telegraph, whose recent interview with Idris Elba for his new film No Good Deed caught the British star at what must have been somewhat of a cheeky mood; Elba, as you probably know, has starred as Heimdall in the two Thor movies, who is the guardian of the Bifröst rainbow bridge that connects Asgard to Earth in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is quoted in the interview as saying, ‘I’m doing a scene with Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston’. Now, just how large that scene may be is anyone’s guess, but we were initially told by Tom Hiddleston, Loki himself (the main villain in the first Avengers film), that he won’t be starring in it. So what’s changed? If it turns out to be literally one scene, where does it take place? Asgard perhaps? It’s unlikely he’ll help Ultron out in taking over the world, but that would be one hell of a team-up.
