Jake Gyllenhaal has turned down the role of Rick Flag in Warner Bros.’ upcoming Suicide Squad movie, according to Variety, who report that WB had no comment on the matter. The role became available when Tom Hardy pulled out.
If they can find a replacement, Suicide Squad is set to begin filming in April for an August 5, 2016 release.
