Angelina Jolie’s 2010 spy blockbuster Salt is to be rebooted into a TV Series. Sony Pictures announced the news at the Berlin Film Festival.
They also revealed that the TV reboot of the thriller will change its setting from the US to Europe.
“We want to bring it to Europe in a completely different way,” Sony’s Diego Suarez told Screen Daily.
No network has acquired the broadcasting rights so far and the cast and crew is yet to be announced but we’ll keep you informed of any updates.
