Ben Affleck — the latest star to don the cape of brooding anti-hero, Batman — says Warner Bros. has demanding expectations for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Affleck told Variety there’s “a ton of pressure on it” and further stated, “I mean I would be bulls—ting you to say there isn’t.”

Warner Bros has a lukewarm film output this year, so It’s no surprise the studio has high hopes for Zack Snyder’s colossal superhero dual. Still, Affleck believes Batman V Superman will turn the tide in 2016 and start off “a great year” for Warner.

“They are now developing … probably the single greatest under-exploited IP asset in the entertainment business, the DC comic world,” Affleck said.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice will release on March 25, 2016.
