Shazam! casts Zachary Levi’s younger counterpart
It was recently announced that Zachary Levi would play the adult version of Shazam. Now the character’s younger counter has been cast.
Director David F. Sandberg shared on Instagram that Asher Angel of Disney’s Andi Mack will play young Billy Batson, who turns into the powerful, full-grown superhero known as Shazam.
Shazam! hits theaters on April 5, 2019.
