Pamela Anderson turned down Baywatch cameo but may reconsider
Pamela Anderson has revealed that she turned down an offer to cameo in the new Baywatch movie reboot, but she isn’t ruling out taking on the role entirely.
Anderson, who starred in the original television series, told ET Canada: “I haven’t turned it down completely yet,” she said. “But I have turned down what they offered me. But we’ll see what happens.”
Anderson admitted that she hasn’t “even read the script” and has “no idea what it’s about.” But the actress did go onto say how much the series meant to her career: “Baywatch was such a huge part of my life. And really they’re trying to do an homage and you know it’s an honor to have them to want me to be a part of it so bad.”
With or without Anderson, Baywatch splashes into theaters on May 19, 2017.
