Naomie Harris wants Daniel Craig to return as Bond as he admits he’d “miss it terribly”
Daniel Craig’s chances of returning as James Bond looked extremely unlikely after he reportedly rejected a £68m return, however co-star Naomie Harris is eager to see him back as he now admits he “would miss it terribly”.
Harris, who plays Moneypenny, told Newsweek when asked about Craig’s future:
“I would love him back, of course, but I have no inside information, I’m afraid.”
Craig previously and famously said that he would rather slit his wrists than return to the franchise. But last week, he seemed to have a change of heart:
“It’s a good gig. I enjoy it,” he told Vulture.
“As far as I’m concerned, I’ve got the best job in the world. I’ll keep doing it as long as I still get a kick out of it.”
“If I were to stop doing it, I would miss it terribly.”
Aidan Turner remains the bookies favorite but Craig certainly hasn’t ruled out a return just yet.
