Creed 2 Set For November 2017

Creed has been a huge financial and commercial success for the Rocky franchise. Sylvester Stallone even took home the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor last night. In a recent interview, Stallone said that there will be a sequel to Creed. Now MGM CEO Gary Barber has informed Variety that Creed 2 is aiming to come out in November, 2017.

Of course the sequel’s release date isn’t set in stone yet. It’s also unknown if Ryan Coogler will return to direct with his commitment to the Black Panther movie. For now, though, we’re just happy to hear that Adonis “Donnie” Johnson Creed is getting back in the ring.
